Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use the Platform. We may ask you to verify your age and identity at any time and may suspend an account until verification is complete.

You may only use the Platform where doing so is lawful. Sweepstakes and promotional gaming rules differ between states and countries and change over time. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to you before you play. We may restrict access from locations where the Platform cannot lawfully be offered.

You may hold one account. Duplicate accounts, accounts created for another person, and accounts used to collect the daily spin or other rewards more than once are closed, together with their balances.

2. Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password private, use a password you do not use elsewhere, and tell us at once at support@cazinow.com if you believe someone else has access.

The account details we create for you on individual game platforms (for example a Juwa or Fire Kirin login) belong to your Cazinow account and are stored on our side. Do not share them, sell them or use them outside the Platform.

You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Accounts with false, incomplete or unverifiable details may be suspended and payouts withheld until the details are corrected.

3. The wallet, deposits and credits

Your Cazinow wallet holds a balance that you can move into and out of the games on the Platform. Every credit, debit, transfer and reservation is written to a ledger that you can see in your account. Balances are the sum of that ledger and are never edited directly.

Deposits are made through the payment methods shown in your wallet. A deposit is credited when the payment provider confirms it. Minimum and maximum amounts, and any fees charged by a provider, are shown before you confirm.

Credits moved into a game are governed by that game while they are inside it. Wins and losses inside a game change your game balance; the Cazinow wallet changes only when you move credits in or out.

Credits, balances and prizes have no cash value except as described in the cash-out section below, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not a deposit account or a bank product.

4. Cash-outs

You may request a cash-out from your Cazinow wallet to a payout destination you have saved in your account. The requested amount is reserved immediately so it cannot be played or requested twice, and the request shows a status (pending, approved, paid, or rejected with a reason) in your account.

Cash-outs are subject to the minimum amount, limits and review windows shown in your wallet. We may delay or decline a cash-out while we verify identity, investigate suspected fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms, or comply with a legal obligation. If a request is rejected or reversed, the reservation is released and the amount is available again.

We pay to the destination you chose. Payments sent to a destination you entered incorrectly may not be recoverable. We never ask you to make a deposit, pay a fee or send a code in order to release a cash-out.

5. The daily spin and other rewards

Active accounts receive one free spin on the prize wheel per day. The prize is selected on our servers when you press Spin and is credited to your wallet as a normal balance. Additional spins may be offered with deposits; the conditions are shown on the spin page and apply equally to every player.

Rewards are promotional. We may change, pause or end a reward at any time for future spins, and we may reverse a reward that was obtained through duplicate accounts, automation or any other breach of these Terms.

6. The affiliate program

Players may join the affiliate program from their account and receive a unique referral link. Commission is earned on eligible deposits made by players who register through that link, at the rate shown on the affiliate page at the time of the deposit, and is credited to a separate affiliate wallet.

• Self-referral, referring accounts you control, incentivising registrations with payments, spam, misleading advertising, and bidding on the Cazinow name in paid search are prohibited.
• Commission on deposits that are reversed, refunded or found to be fraudulent is reversed.
• We may withhold, adjust or reclaim commission and end an affiliate relationship where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

7. Fair play and prohibited conduct

You agree not to use bots, scripts, exploits or any automation on the Platform or inside the games; not to interfere with the Platform, its providers or other players; not to launder money or use the Platform to move funds for a third party; and not to attempt to gain access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours.

We may investigate suspected breaches, suspend or close accounts, void rewards and withhold balances that we reasonably believe were obtained through a breach, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

8. Responsible play

The Platform is entertainment, not a way to make income, and outcomes inside the games are decided by the games. Set a budget and keep to it, take breaks, and never play with money you need for anything else. You can ask us to limit or close your account at any time. 9. Third-party games and services

The games on the Platform are operated by third-party providers under their own rules. We create and fund your game accounts and move credits, but we do not control game outcomes, availability or features, and a provider may change or withdraw a game. Payment providers, email and hosting services are also third parties with their own terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Cazinow name, logo, website, text and design are ours or licensed to us. Game names, artwork and trademarks belong to their providers. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial play and may not copy, scrape, frame or redistribute any part of it without written permission.

11. Closing your account

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@cazinow.com. We will pay out any eligible balance in line with the cash-out section, then close the account. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, for inactivity after notice, or where we are required to by law.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any game will be available at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Platform is limited to the balance in your Cazinow wallet at the time of the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes are announced on the Platform or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the Platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cazinow's operating company is registered, and disputes are subject to the courts there, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have where you live. Questions about these Terms: support@cazinow.com.
