Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: username, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), date of birth or age confirmation, and the country or state you tell us.
• Wallet and transaction data: deposits, transfers into and out of games, spins and prizes, cash-out requests and their status, and the payout destinations you save.
• Game account data: the login credentials we create for you on each game platform, stored encrypted on our side and never shown in the browser.
• Affiliate data: your referral code, clicks on your link (IP address, user agent, landing page and time), referred registrations and commissions.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested, in server logs kept for security and error diagnosis.
• Support data: the content of emails and messages you send us.

2. What we do not collect

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels or third-party scripts on the website. The only browser storage we use is a local preference for light or dark mode and, once you log in, a session cookie. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with data brokers.

3. Why we use it

• To create and run your account, wallet and game accounts, and to move credits and prizes as you request.
• To process deposits and cash-outs, including the checks required to prevent fraud, duplicate accounts and abuse.
• To operate the daily spin and the affiliate program, including attributing referrals and paying commission.
• To keep the Platform secure, diagnose errors and defend against attacks.
• To answer your messages and send service emails (verification, password resets, cash-out status). We do not send marketing email unless you opt in, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To meet legal obligations, including age verification, record keeping and lawful requests from authorities.

4. Who we share it with

• Game providers: the minimum needed to create and fund your game account (a username we generate, and credit movements). Providers see game activity under their own terms.
• Payment providers: the data needed to take a deposit or send a payout, under the provider's own privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers.
• Infrastructure: the Platform runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data to deliver and protect the site. Email is sent through our mail provider.
• Authorities and advisers: where the law requires it, to protect our rights or to investigate fraud or abuse.

We do not share your email address, wallet history or payout details with other players. Affiliates see only anonymised information about the players they referred, never names, emails or amounts.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a browser preference to remember your theme. If you arrive through an affiliate link, a short-lived cookie stores the referral code so the referral can be attributed if you register. That is the complete list. You can clear these in your browser at any time; clearing the session cookie logs you out.

6. How long we keep it

Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is open and for the period afterwards that financial, tax and anti-fraud rules require. Server logs are kept for a short rolling period for security. Support messages are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. You can exercise these rights by emailing support@cazinow.com from the address on your account. We may need to keep some records after a deletion request where the law requires it, and we will tell you if so.

8. Security

Traffic to the Platform is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed, game credentials are encrypted at rest, and every balance change is recorded in an append-only ledger. Access to systems is limited to the people who operate the Platform. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will tell you as the law requires.

9. Children

The Platform is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we close accounts and delete data when we learn an account belongs to a minor.
